7-Step: Click Save & Close under the Contact Group tab.

How to send a Message to outlook group

After you create a group, you want to send a message to all members of this group, create a new email as usual, but put your new contact group name in the “To …” field. (Start typing it and you should be able to select the group from within Outlook’s auto-completion). You can check the users in the distribution list by clicking the plus sign (+) in addition to the contact group name, and delete or add the recipient list’s e-mail address if needed.
